Haws Corporation Teams Up with Washoe County Health District to Implement “iRefill” Pledge on October 14

[Sparks, Nevada USA] – Haws Corporation® is pleased to announce their support of Washoe County Health District’s “iRefill” campaign. The “iRefill” campaign is a pledge to: curb purchasing beverages – especially water – packaged in single-use plastic bottles, drink from refillable bottles and glasses, and from BPA-free plastic bottles whenever possible, drink tap water whenever possible, recognizing that the Truckee Meadows Water Authority provides excellent drinking water to the residents of the Truckee Meadows, ALWAYS recycle single-use plastic bottles, and encourage family and friends to drink from refillable water bottles and glasses.
Haws Corporation will be the first Nevada Company to sign the “iRefill” pledge, thereby further supporting their stance on curbing the utilization of single-use plastic bottles and promoting the environmentally friendly Ban the Bottle campaign. From 11am – 2pm on Wednesday, October 14, Washoe County Health District will be at Haws Corporation promoting and encouraging Haws employees to sign the “iRefill” pledge. The “iRefill” campaign coincides with Haws Corporation’s environmentally aware product the HydrationStationTM, a touch-free, hygienic way to get a refreshing water refill for their glasses and re-usable water bottles. This environmentally friendly product allows users to stay hydrated, without the bottled water cost, refuse or dehydration productivity issues.
